Product Description
PE E-polylock is made from high density polyethylene with extrusion process, The finished polylock has a "E" shape cross section, when use it, its three feet -hook is embedded in wet concrete which can firmly hold the polylock, while its flat surface is exposed on the concrete, thus it can be bonded with HDPE geomembrane by monorail heat-melting welding. Polylock is the most effective and economical anchoring accessory in various over-ground and under-ground geomembrane constructions.
Product Features
1. A kind of flexible waterproof material with high seepage coefficient, using the same formula of raw materials with HDPE geomembrane for production to ensure the welding quality.
2. Good physical & chemical stability, anti-aging, anti-corrosion, resistant to high & low temperature, UV resistant, resistant to acid, alkali and oil, which can maintain its original performance for a long period.
3. High tensile strength and elongation at break, which can meet the high standards requirements of project.
Main Applications
For the anti-seepage projects of concrete structures such as acid-proof tank and crystallization tank etc., the HDPE geomembrane can be fixed and sealed by welding it with the embedded E-polylock, and thus the whole anti-seepage effect can be achieved.
